I lost the address to the old ISP list, but I haven't seen a post to it in
some time so it may be dead anyway.....So, please excuse this OT message but
I know many of my peers are on this list for obvious reasons.
Does anyone use, or can you recommend any companies that provide outsourced
End-User tech support for ISP's? I know about Shadow Solutions, but I am
looking for more/others to check out.
Anyone use one? Know of others?
