Sound works on Yamaha DG-XV card?

Folks,

recently installed RH 6.1 on a new Dell P3/600 machine -- and am loving it!  But I 
don't have
any sound :(

I have even tried loading the OSS tools (at www.opensound.com) and extra driver for my 
card,
but still nothing. I did follow the instructions to 'remove all sound modules', etc.

Does stock RH6.1 have support for my sound card?  Should I replace the card, or try 
another
RPM?
