i'm a little confused about the "quotaon" command.
from the Quota-HOWTO, and from the man page for the
quotaon command, the options are described as:

-a      all filesystems
-u      user quotas (the default)
-g      group quotas
-v      verbose

  fair enough, and the HOWTO suggests starting up
quotaon as:

        quotaon -avug

  however, /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit starts quotaon with

        quotaon -a

does this, or does this not, start group quotas?  the
man page certainly suggests you *need* -g for group quotas,
but that option is not to be found in /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit.
