Still no solution for sudo --help

Hwo exactly can I get sudi to work. 
I have tried getting the sudo.##.##.tar.gz
I have tried to use ./configure and it doesn't work.
I have tried getting the rpms it doesn't work

Do I need to install a C compiler to get it to work.

I need to deploy sudo on Linux RH6 with minmal downtime , less errors on live
servers.
