Although I have NO experience with the NetMAX Products, I would expect it
it be the ISP controlling DHCP Lease Times and hence IP Expiration
(although the NetMAX Product may be requesting a shorter expiration
times). From David Ranch's TrinitOS:
http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~dranch/LINUX/index-linux.html
PUMP lacks the ability to rerun Firewall Script when a DHCP Server has
actually changed the assigned IP Address at Expiration time. His solution
is using DHCPCD (instead of PUMP) and rerunning the Firewall Script ONLY
when the IP Address had changed.
David also has a Link to some Roadrunner specific info (I had Videotron
here)???
