Well, as long as you haven't installed anything locally (from source,
etc.) you should be fine.  Cut-n-paste the following sequences of commands
and execute them as root:

  mkdir /usr/local ; cd /usr/local
  mkdir bin doc etc games info lib man sbin share src
  cd man
  mkdir man1 man2 man3 man4 man5 man6 man7 man8 man9 mann
  touch whatis
  cd /usr ; chmod g-w --recursive /usr/local

That should hopefully fix you all up.
