I have setup Samba and finally have it printing, but I know little about how
printing works on linux.
I am using printing = bsd, load printers = yes and only have the printers in
my /etc/printcap visible to the clients. My question is does the linux print
system use its filters to process print jobs sent by the clients. The reason
I ask is that I have an HP882C and have linux using an HP550C filter. I
would like to have the windows drivers print without being filtered since
they are using the correct drivers.
