I am a little confused about procmail lockfiles. What are they locking,
the message, the folder, or the file? I have the following recipe:

        :0 c
        * Delivered-To:.*captech
        captech

If I set the lockfile with ':0:' then the message is never delivered to
the default folder; it's only written to the captech file. Why is that?

I *thought* that the lockfile was to prevent more than one process from
writing to a file at the same time. So, why would locking the captech file
prevent writing to the $MAIL file?
