man hosed

[Braden N. McDaniel]

man can't seem to find any man pages. No matter what I try to look up
('man ls', 'man rpm', etc.), I get 'No manual entry for *'. I know the man
pages are there, I can see the files! I've tried reinstalling the man rpm;
no dice. I'm running Red Hat 6.1.
