Use google to search for the File System Heirarchy Standard for more info
on what goes where. But unless you really know what you're doing, you
should stick with /, /boot, and /home plus a swap partition. Keeping /home
seperate lets you reformat without hosing your data. If you know enough
about the FSHS to want to muck around, all bets are off. :)
