I've askd this question here before, and no one had an answer; here is the
situation: RH6.1 full install, several different computers, all get the same
error when trying to use ./configure for a downloaded kde-application:
checking for KDE libraries installed... configure: error: your system fails at linking
a small KDE application!
Check, if your compiler is installed correctly and if you have used the
same compiler to compile Qt and kdelibs as you did use now
I tried recompiling both qt-1.44, qt2.X, and kdelibs from the src.rpm and I
still get this error everytime I try to compile a KDE app. It's the only thing
keeping me from using RH as my desktop. Any clue would be appreciated.
