Do you get an empty document, or does the connection stall for a really
long time?

Based on #3, could be a DNS issue...

So, if I read this right, you have three name servers specified in
/etc/resolv.conf, and nslookup can't reverse any of them.
Can you ping your name servers? Can you otherwise verify that they are
operating normally? The most important thing is that they will do a
reverse lookup for themselves. You may want to try to get this
information from another box.
