Pinting under 6.1 not working

Okay.  I have seen this but can't find the reference.  Doing
an install of RH6.1 and I have read that the printing is
broken.  A friend with RH 6.1 just installed confirms this. 
We cannot find the resolution.  Does anyone have the
reference handy?

His problem:  When adding a printer with printtool error
received is "cannot find devices".
