I don't know anything about them first-hand, but the printer database
lists some of them:
> Canon BJC-1000, 2000, 5100, 530, & 6000
1000: Neither known good nor known bad. Will probably work with bjc600
driver.
2000: Works, but only at 360x360 DPI as opposed to 720x360. Use bjc600
driver.
5100: Neither known good nor known bad; 5000, however, is known bad, and
5100 seems to be its direct successor.
530: Neither known good nor known bad. Will probably work with bjc600
driver.
6000: Works, but only at 360x360 DPI. Use bjc600 driver.

Works perfectly. Use cdj550 or cdj670 driver.

640: Works perfectly, even at 1440x720 DPI. Uniprint driver.
740: Works perfectly. Uniprint driver.
850: Unknown, will probably work with uniprint driver.
860: Unknown, will probably work with uniprint driver.
900: Works at 720x720 DPI, use uniprint driver in stc500 mode.

This is listed as a WinPrinter (doesn't work at all).
