This isn't precisely what you seem to need, but there is a program called
smartupstools that I have been using for my Fenton UPS's that is compatible
with a large number of the UPS types out there. If you went to
www.fenton.com there should be a link to the program. It's downloadable in
rpm or tar.gz form. It's fairly handy, and developing well enough. Hope
