Ok, Enough flippety here ;D
I would recommend spending some time going through your system(s) and
making sure they are secure. You probably can't contact somebody in
China (unless our friend below knows somebody). But you can prevent or
at least make it really hard for them to mess with you in the future.

Good info. I especially recommend running your machine with IPCHAINS
and SQUID (if you need a proxy server).
I don't believe you can ever make a system totaly secure but you can
make it really difficult for somebody to go where they don't belong ;D
