This is supposed to be a symlink to play man page. I think the
installer botches this, as I had the same problem. Create the link:
[hal@feenix hal]$ ll /usr/man/man1/rec.1
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 6 Nov 1 18:21 /usr/man/man1/rec.1 -> play.1
This worked for me.
