No, he DOES want to bridge, thats why he asked about it.
Original poster: Yes, you can do this - check out the
/usr/doc/HOWTO/mini/Bridge file (thats where it lives on my
RH 6.0 installation).
Basically you compile with Bridging enabled (remember to say
YES to "Experimental Options" or whatever its called). Then
there is some wizardry with the MAC addresses, and it works.
Never done it, but the option has been in since 1.2.x days,
so I'm guessing it DOES work.
