It's hard to say for sure without knowing what you're going to provide but
unless you're running very CPU-intensive applications, I would imagine this
computer could handle quite a bit of web traffic.  I've had positive
reactions (>95% rated it "responsive" or "very responsive") to a CGI-based
survey that took about 1000 hits/day on an old, untuned 486 with 40MB RAM
running RH 5.2.  For applications that take 1000 hits in a minute, you're
obviously going to need more bandwidth and hardware.

So I guess your computer could probably saturate your cable connection.
Doing so would probably bring the attention of your cable company, however.
