That's not off topic--it's about getting something running w/ Linux.
Anyway...That's a cousin of the NCR 53c710 in my ProSignia system. Could
it say 53C974? There's a driver for that in the list-it's the first one in
the list on the boot floppy. Try that, and also the tekram driver.
