I just plugged it in and it seems to work fine. My problem is that the left mouse button and the right work fine. The button on the side seems dead and double clicking with B1 and B1 together seems to not simulate a middle mouse button. I remember that there was a web site somewhere that had a really good writeup on how to configure the wheel at the top and to basically configure some of the more (shall we say) well endowed mouses.
