There were some halfway decent channels on DALnet, just that they were not
very talkative/supportive for my questions, maybe because I am from europe,
hehe. To get you back on EFnet you should contact your ISP, most of the
time the irc networks kline a complete ISP because the ISP did not care
enough of abusive users (nukers, spoofers, spammers or whatever is out
there and bugs us). Maybe you can contact someone at EFnet to receive
further information about the kline.
