Ok. First up, this is not a topic for the devel list. That list is for
redhat development.

If you check out http://www.tomgilbert.freeserve.co.uk/tips.html you
will see a section on mousewheels. There are about 20 lines of
settings you can cut and paste into your .Xdefaults file to make
netscape work with a wheel, and some other stuff too.
