Thanks guys,
Changed all the times to seconds, reinserted INs and restarted. Everything came up
okay. The strange sysquery even went away.
Well I got to go I got some hacker hitting on my port 134 (imap). I do not have Imap,
this guy shows up everynight. He's getting to be sort of boring. Port "sentry"
really does work well !!!!!!!!!
