Looking for a way to cool down your CPU? I am running an Abit BP6 with dual
c366's overclocked to 550MHz (and have had them going at 604MHz though not
under load). I installed Alpha heat sinks with YSTech fans, extra case fans
to move the ambient air out of the case more efficiently and noticed an
immediate 10-15 degree Celsius drop in processor temp from the OEM heatsink.
I am also using the god of cooling cases, the SuperMicro SC750A which helps
with air flow. It allows three 80mm front intake fans and multiple drive
mounted intake fans, and an 80mm output directly behind the CPU's, a 90 mm
output above the power supply and of course the power supply's own fan(which
has a built in back up in case of overheating).
Check out www.2cooltek.com for the ultimate source in cooling accessories.
I ordered from him and had no problems.
