Well I am not sure what your time is worth, but even if I am between
contracts my time is worth something........

This person has compiled the info, layed it out, and put it in an indexed
form for Aus $30 or US $20

Hell I reckon its worth a lot more than that..........might be hard to pull
out a binder at a clients place as well  :-) 

The folder is a good idea if you do it over a period of time, this person
needs to get up and running without stuffing around, he is probably not
well versed in the URLs for these docs as well..........


Dont get me wrong, I am not saying dont do what you are doing, it just wont
suit the original poster I feel ..........
