Yep. It's a FAQ. In /etc/mail/access add this:

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx RELAY 

where xxx == ip address of hosts you want to allow relay from.

then:

makemap hash /etc/mail/access.db < /etc/mail/access

Note that you will probably want to set your sendmail daemon to relay through
your ISP's mail server and masquerade the envelope from your own as well.
