Apache config

In the access.conf apache config file, I have the line :
Option All
which includes : Indexes,Includes,FollowSymLinks,ExecCGI
but every symbolic link is not followed and I get this line in the
erro_log file :
[Tue Nov 30 14:41:08 1999] [error] Symbolic link not allowed: /home/gii/5a/

Any other way to allow symbolic links ?
