virtual hosting with 1 IP?

Hi there,

i was wondering if it is possible to do virtual web/mail/ftp hosting on a 
single IP
for multiple domains. Web seems possible with apache, anonymous ftp doesn't 
work
for wu-ftpd and the current popper doesn't allow a same userid@domainA and 
userid@domainB for popping.

Is there any progy for doing the anonymous ftp for hosting and same userid 
for popping?
