Firstly your manual pages should tell you about how to rebuild SRPMS, so
check them for the flags. Secondly I can't see any sensible reason why
it wouldn't work UNLESS someone has forgotten to buld the SRPMS with the
particular target you have in mind...in which case you'd have to RPM
-ivh the SRPMS and muck around with the flags manually.
