I think it's way too soon for another major release (ie 7.x), but a few
more 6.x releases would be usefull to iron out the install (and other
bugs).
At least if they openly say that there is no "fundamental" difference
between the dot releases excpet bug fixes and stability improvements, and
give nice upgrade discounts anyway.
Another question!
I haven't bought 6.1 yet (bought the last three though), but want to
contribute. Instead of me buying the boxed set from Red Hat like I usually
do, does anyone have a better idea? It seems to me that Red Hat is doing
fine these days. What I have in mind is something like give the money to
someone/some organization that is doing good things for linux, and Red Hat
specifically. That way I'm saying thanks to Red Hat by helping them help
their product. Or does this sound wacky? Problem is, who to give my money
to? No addresses or wire tranfer numbers please :)
