Printers? HP makes a cute black one that seems designed for notebooks, and
is somewhat portble. If portability is not an issue, but price is, go for
a lower-end inkjet printer by HP, Cannon or Epson, as they can  be
configured  for printing through Ghostscript. I don't know about Lexmark,
there is no entry for it in Red Hat's printer setup.  You may even find a
used printer that fits your needs, but if you get the latest high
resolution non-postscript printer, you may not be able to get the full
resolution out of it anyway, at least not easily.

I have an Epson Stylus 640, and it works at full resolution, but I have a
hard time getting realistic photo quality prints out of it under Linux.
In fact, if anyone has some tricks to print photo quality output from the
Gimp on that printer, please let me know.
