3 nic setup

Could someone help me figure 
out how to setup the last 
stage of 3 nic in one system.

So far all are up and runing.
one used for DSL, the other two
for the hub for internal network.

I have one setup 192.168.230.1
and other 192.168.230.2

but all goes through 192.168.230.1
how would i get the .2 to do some 
work through the network?
