Hi I recently installed mandrake 6.1 on my computer.
And I think its great.. much more faster than RedHat
Since all packages in mandrake are compiled with pgcc
for i586 architecture and optimized for Pentium processors.
RedHats packages are compiled for i386.. too bad.
You can really feel the difference when running an X-server
in mandrake compared to RedHat, Way faster...
just wanted to let ya all know that mandrake rules :)
