OHC - Operator Head Crash
KDE - Keyboard "Driver" Error
I/O - Inept Operator aka Input Output
I\O - Incompetent Operator 
PEBCAK - Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard
TSTL   - Too Stupid To Live
PIBKAC - Problem is between keyboard and chair....
EBCAK - Error Between Chair and Keyboard
PITA - pain in the ass
SUFI - such a fscking idiot
BUOD - Bad User On Device (pronounced boo-odd) error
IAK - Idiot At Keyboard
TFU - Total Failure of Unit (yeah right! <g> but how about Totally f*&#ed
up)
DFO - Dynamic Failure Object (oh sure... <g> but how about dumb f*&#ing
operator)
BIOS - Blinkin' Idiot Operating the System, Bloody Idiot Operating the
System, Basic Ignorance Of System, In Portuguese, that's a BIOS problem:
"Burro Ignorante Operando o Sistema", stands for "ignorant dumb operating
the system"
ID 10T error - Just look at it closely
