Just in case you have not booted the machine, often the setup of portsentry
will add rules to ipchains, check the rules
/sbin/ipchains -L should show contents
/sbin/ipchains -F to flush em ......
make sure its the latest portsentry as well , there was a version that
needs updating, see porsentry site for info.
