If you're on a uniprocessor box, you could:
export CVSROOT=:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/local/cvsroot
cvs login
(password is cvsguest)
cvs -z3 checkout emu10k1
Then go into the emu10k1 directory and follow the instructions.
The Creative drivers do NOT currently support SMP. If you're in that boat,
like me, your only alternative is to go with OSS, www.opensound.com. I
was already an owner of the basic OSS, so for adding the Live! support,
I paid a $10 upgrade. It went without a hitch.
