Hm, have you tried upgrading Window Maker and libPropList? Latest
versions are 0.61.1 for WM and 0.9.1 for libPropList. RPMs for these
versions can be found e.g. at
ftp://ftp.windowmaker.org
http://www.woodsoup.org/~emgaron/tuxior-windowmaker.html
or maybe on Rufus: http://rufus.w3.org/linux/RPM/
It is especially recommended to upgrade libPropList, as it fixes a few
bugs with the old one.
