I've got a HP LaserJet 1100. It works fine with RH5.2
but I can't get it to work with RH6.1. When I run
print-tool in 5.2 it gets auto-detected at /dev/lp1.
On 6.1 the autodetect doesn't find anything. I tried to
set up the printer anyway but stuff sent to the spool
I create pointing to /dev/lp1 doesn't get printed.
I don't think that this is really a problem with my
hardware because I tried out my old Canon BJC 210 and
got the same result, detected and works on 5.2 but
nothing on 6.1.
If anyone has any ideas I'd sure appreciate hearing them.
