That's the last line I get after " FPU using exception 16 error reporting
".
Same result with RH 5.2, 6.1 and Turbolinux beta, booting off the floppy
image ( rawrite boot.img from CD).
THis is after I replaced the original Intel CPU ( 66 MHz Pentium ) with a
replacement
( fdiv bug ) from Intel ( bet they hadn't seen that in a while) !.
THis is on an IBM PS/2 ( MCA ) Server 95.
Any clues ? ( sounds like Linux refuses to get past the FPU check and halts
( original fdiv error gone ).
