Here's one of my reciepies to have the mail forwarded to my regular
mail box, as opposed to going to /dev/null for spam, or being sent to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:
:0:
* ^[EMAIL PROTECTED]
| mail fred
or instead of " | mail fred ", I can simply put the name of my mail
folder "/var/spool/mail/fred"
