I think you need kdesupport, kdelibs and kdebase to get going. Install
them in that order. Then you can install the other packages (games
etc.) if you want them. You'll also need Qt to get it to work. 

And don't do this at all if you don't have tons of memory to waste...
Or if the concept of (Free | Open Source) Software is something you
care about.
