I have mutt-0.84-1i installed on my system, but it did not come with the
readme file you quoted from.  Could you possibly mail me a copy of the
pgp-Notes.txt?  

For now I have mutt pipe my mail through pgp, so it works.  I'd just
like to use a cleaner solution.
