I have a concern about that, as well.
Simply put, if it looks like Win95, and it 95% acts like Win95, then you've
just created a 5% area where it doesn't act like you subconsciously expect
it too, if you're used to Win95.
If instead, it looks not-really-like Win95, and 95% acts like Win95, it's
more of a pleasant surprise that it acts like it, than an expectation.
IMNERHO, of course.
