Yep, Losedows 95 craps all over your MBR whenever you reinstall it.
(I've switched major operations over to Linux and only do what I really
have to under L95 and I STILL have to reinstall it every month or so.
Linux has only ever crashed once, and that was my fault - well,
partially at least. The OS could have been a little more helpful...)
All you need to do is rerun lilo to reinstall the MBR and everything
will be fine (although you will need to add the win partition to the
lilo.conf).
I'll copy my procedure and lilo.conf to the list if you get stuck.
