Try going into that directory and type ./Install

The ./ tells it to run the program Install that's in the current working
directory.  It has to do with setting up your path.  DOS has the current
working directory in your path, Linux doesn't (it's a security measure).

It could also be that the file 'Install' is just a readme type file
that'll give you instructions on how to install the program.  Take a look
at it using a text editor (emacs, vi, pico etc...).
