 I did a locate xbru and got this:

$ locate xbru
/usr/lib/bru/xbru.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_backup.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_backupstate.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_devicestat.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_execlog.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_ixpat.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_list.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_options.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_restore.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_scheduler.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_utils.tcl
/usr/lib/bru/xbru_verify.tcl
/usr/X11R6/bin/xbru

installed fine.......added latest updates from redhat just fine too.
