If your installing over the network, you only need the boot disk image.

Actually, you really only need the 3c590.o module that is stored in
/modules on the boot disk, but it has to be compiled with the same kernel
version as is on the boot disk.

Do you have _any_ linux system that you can mount an ext2 filesystem
floppy?

Otherwise, I'll take a look at it, and send you an updated image if you
like.
