I dont understand how to build the spammer database. I've used
the default hacks that come with RHL 5.0 redhat.mc file:
check_mail3, use_ip, use_names, use_relayto, check_rcpt4, and
check_relay3.
I understand I'm supposed to edit a text file somewhere which can
contain domains, email addresses, hosts, ipaddresses, etc. What
is the name of the file or does it matter?
I also understand I need to makemap or hash this file to convert
it to some database format. Whats the syntax and where do I place
the resulting database file?
