Strange as this may sound, this is an issue with timezone settings. My machine
seemed to work fine until Daylight savings time rolled around.
If you type;
export TZ=*DT !Where * is whatever timezone you are in.
it should fix your problem. If it does you may want to add the line to your login
profile. You may also check out the info at;
